For iPhone Users:

DOWNLOAD THE PROFILE

  1. Connect to your personal WIFI Network and enter the below URL:
    iapnupdate.tracfone.com
  2. You should now see the following pop-up display below.
  3. Click "Close" to procced to the next step.

INSTALL THE PROFILE

  1. Go to settings -> general -> profile
  2. Click Profile (wap.tracfone)
  3. Click "Install" on the top right-hand corner
  4. You should get this warning below (unsigned profile), which can be ignored.
  5. Once the install is completed, you should see "Done".
  6. Turn off Wi-Fi and begin browsing.

For Android Users:

  1. Go to Settings > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names
  2. Enter the following values in all applicable fields. (Do not change any of the other fields):
  3. Tap save
  4. Then select the APN you created
  5. Re-boot your device

Para Usuarios de iPhone:

DESCARGAR EL PERFIL

  1. Conéctate a tu Red personal Wi-Fi e ingresa el siguiente URL:
    iapnupdate.tracfone.com
  2. Ahora deberías ver el siguiente mensaje en la pantalla.
    • Haz clic en "Allow" para que el dispositivo pueda descargar el perfil.

  3. Haz clic en "Close" para continuar con el siguiente paso.

INSTALAR EL PERFIL

  1. Ve a Settings -> General -> Profile
  2. Haz clic en el Perfil (wap.tracfone)
  3. Haz clic en "Install" en la esquina superior derecha.
  4. La siguiente advertencia debería aparecer (Unassigned Profile), la cual puedes ignorar.
  5. Una vez que la instalación se haya completado, deberías ver "Done".
    • Haz clic en "Done"

  6. Desactiva el Wi-Fi y empieza a navegar por internet.
    • Asegúrate que el símbolo (LTE) aparezca en la esquina superior izquierda.

Para Usuarios de Android:

  1. Ve a Settings > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names
    • Si ya estableciste tu perfil, haz clic en "add new settings".
  2. Ingresa los siguientes valores en los espacios necesarios. (No cambies la información en ningún otro espacio)
  3. Presiona "Save".
  4. Después, selecciona el APN que creaste.
  5. Apaga y enciende tu dispositivo.
